Thai - Southern - Egyptian in a week




Camwhorin at Wang Thai restaurant - in any Thai restaurant u cant do without these... Cha Yen, Tom Yum Goong/Gai, Panang Nua and Pad See Ew Nua/Gai. As i had just eaten prior to going to the restaurant, i only had my tea and soup. Abang Mow had Seafood Fried Rice and Deep Shrimps.

Had Koushary the other nite after clubbing. We went to a traditional local coffeeshop where they serve this Egyptian dish. it was my first time trying it and i have to admit, after a llong nite out in the club with all that alcohol in ure system, Koushary is the way to go!


So this is wat Koushary is.... it comes in a huge bowl. Layers of rice, noodles, macaroni pasta, lentils and chick peas topped off with fried onions. They serve tomato gravy separately and u pour it over the dish. Side condiments are paprika sauce and garlic lemon sauce.

Absolutely to die for!!!! I shall try makin this on my own one day :P
