Jax came over the house for a spontaneous cookout session. We had Southern Fried Chicken (my first attempt!) and my ever so reliable Tuna Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes (yum!)
I felt like i could have done better with the spices but i had to make do with whatever's in the kitchen! It still turned out crispily lip-smackin tho :)
Jay's Fried Chicken
I added hot sauce in my beaten egg mixture. Seasoning salt, cajun pepper, chili powder in my flour mixture. Dip chicken in egg then coat with flour and deep fry baby!! :)
Jay's Tuna Pasta
Pasta
Sundried Tomatoes (drain and chopped)
Tuna
Olive Oil (lots of it)
Garlic (i use 5 cloves. diced)
Chilli Flakes
Heat garlic in olive oil. Add chili flakes. Add tomatoes and tuna, stir til tomatoes soften. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta and more chili flakes!! =)
Ta dah!!! Last nite's dinner ;) Needless to say, i had the ITIS (sleepy after a meal). But I had to show up at the club for my peoples!
I am in love with NADA juices. Best juice brand out here in the Gulf. My fave is Kiwi-Lime and Orange but they came up with a new flavour. Check it out!
