Bake Day with Snoopy

Jax and I decided to have a bake day as we were both craving for sweets!

I wanted to bake some chewy gooey brownies and she had her mind set on lemon cake with cream cheese frosting (sweet!)

Rock joined in the fun and cooked some mean ass spaghetti bolognaise.

Yung Joc in B-Town

My nose and throat is soo blardy congested. Damn this sandpit. Almost everyone i know has got the sniffles.

Yung Joc landed in Bahrain. Hes scheduled for a concert on the US Base tmr nite but hes already here so where else would he make an appearance in but Wranglers! LOL. 

Ibz told me he was in the club when i walked in and i was like "oh cool". He pulled me to the other end of the club where Joc was standing at with his peoples. I couldnt see shit cuz the club was packed with tall n****s. LOL.

Then i spotted Jimmy standing by the pool table and he held out his hand and urged me to go over. I had to squeeze in between 2 big ass guys to get to him haha. He introduced me to his fren and went "Janna, meet my boy Joc" Silly me just turned to the guy next to him and shook his hand and said "Hey" 

And then it occurred to me that i just met the rapper. HAHAHHA

He wasnt as big as he looks like on videos or in the magazines. He's real quiet and he looks so decent! lol. I asked him if he was excited to be here and he just went "yea... " He lied. HAHA. But its cool tho. He seems real down to earth. He was  dancing on the floor with an ugly ass arabic chick tho. Ewwwwww....... 

Besides that, i witnessed 2 Ethiopian chicks fighting by the bar and they were rolling on the floor pulling each other's hair out. HAHA. It was so funny, maybe they were fighting over Joc LOL

Too bad i din bring my camera. :(

But even if i did, i doubt i'd take a picture with him. Like when i met Akon last year at the Formula One race HAHAH. I just stood there and said Hi and shook his hand. 

DOH.

But damn if it was SOuljaBoy tho.. i would go crazy. LOL. I would jump on him right away. He is sexy as hell omg.

Easter at Rocks

U can always expect good food when Rock is in the house lol. Easter was spent at his apartment with some other frens.

Can't leave the drinks out. They were the highlight of the night.

I was GONE by the time we left the house to hit the club. But i had to sober myself up so it was C-O-K-E for me the rest of the night. Rock on the other hand was DONE. lmao. He went missing for an hour in the club and Will found him sitting by the kerb outside. Sick and all. haha.

Chix and Tuna

Jax came over the house for a spontaneous cookout session. We had Southern Fried Chicken (my first attempt!) and my ever so reliable Tuna Pasta with Sundried Tomatoes (yum!)

I felt like i could have done better with the spices but i had to make do with whatever's in the kitchen! It still turned out crispily lip-smackin tho :) 

Jay's Fried Chicken

I added hot sauce in my beaten egg mixture. Seasoning salt, cajun pepper, chili powder in my flour mixture. Dip chicken in egg then coat with flour and deep fry baby!! :)

Jay's Tuna Pasta

Sundried Tomatoes (drain and chopped)

Tuna

Olive Oil (lots of it)

Garlic (i use 5 cloves. diced)

Chilli Flakes

Heat garlic in olive oil. Add chili flakes. Add tomatoes and tuna, stir til tomatoes soften. Salt and pepper to taste. Add cooked pasta and more chili flakes!! =)

Ta dah!!! Last nite's dinner ;) Needless to say, i had the ITIS (sleepy after a meal). But I had to show up at the club for my peoples! 

I am in love with NADA juices. Best juice brand out here in the Gulf. My fave is Kiwi-Lime and Orange but they came up with a new flavour. Check it out!

Jae and Rock's Cookout

Being with Southern men have given me a new love for Southern cooking. Fried Chicken, Mac n Cheese, Country Fried Chicken w Gravy, Peach Cobbler, Banana Pudding,Green Beans/Collard Greens, Bbq meat... I freakin love em. LOL.

Jae left and din give me a proper goodbye. Almost felt like he avoided me his last few days. Some frens reckon it was his way of closing our chapter. I'm mad and soo upset with him but I guess there really is nothing i can do now. I miss him so bad... Cant help but cry myself to sleep at times. I guess there were things I wouldnt have done if i had the chance to go back in time.
